Ways to pay

Payments are now made easy with DStv Africa Self Service. You can now pay for your own subscription or help others pay for their DStv subscription. You just need to enter the details of the person you want to pay for, verify the account and that you are paying the correct account.

We have multiple payment options you can use to pay or reconnect your DStv account, such as MyDStv App, Internet Banking, USSD, Debit Order or you can visit our Walk-in Centres or your nearest store to top-up.

DIRECT BANK DEPOSITS

United Bank for Africa:

You can pay for your subscription at your nearest United Bank for Africa (UBA) branch or you can pay using U-Bills.

Zenith Bank:

You can pay for your subscription at your nearest Zenith Bank branch or you can also set up a direct debit payment.

Eco Bank:

You can now pay for your subscription at your nearest Ecobank branch. Simply fill out the payment form and pay at the teller.

ADB:

You can pay for your subscription at your nearest ADB branch

Stanbic:

You can pay for your subscription at your nearest Stanbic Bank branch

Stanchart:

You can pay for your subscription at your nearest Stanchart branch

Debit Order

Zenith Bank

You can pay for your subscription at your nearest Zenith Bank branch or you can also set up a direct debit payment.

You can also pay for your subscription using Zenith Bank's Z-Mobile service - which allows you to carry out banking and payment transactions on your phone. To have Z-Mobile loaded at your nearest Zenith Bank branch, you will need a Bluetooth enabled phone.

Credit Card

Credit Card Payment:

You can make a credit card payment at any DStv Service Centre or DStv Agency, or set up your credit card payment on Self Service as follows:

1. Set up credit card debit order payments and we will collect the monthly amount due on your DStv account.

2. Make once-off credit card payments

3. Use your eight-digit DStv customer number (smartcard) as the payment/beneficiary reference.

4. Please enter the details of the person you are paying for and click Verify to check that you are paying for the correct account.

Please note that we do not accept Diners Club payments and apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
